By submitting an order (your “Order”) for certain limited scope legal services (collectively, the “Services“) from DeepFocus Law PC (“DeepFocus“) through one or more of its websites at https://deepfocuslaw.com and https://deepfocus.law (collectively, the “Website”), you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Limited Scope Legal Services Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”), you acknowledge that the Agreement applies to your order, purchase, and use of the Services, and you agree to be bound by the Agreement. If you are submitting an order for the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to the Agreement, in which case the term “you” will refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you may not order, purchase, or use the Services. Limited Scope Legal Services
DeepFocus will provide to you the services specified on the Website in the description of limited scope services applicable to your Order. Services other than the Services are excluded from this representation, and you will not become a client of DeepFocus generally or with respect to any such services or related matters by placing your Order. If you wish to become a DeepFocus client for services beyond the limited scope of this representation, you must contact DeepFocus and explicitly negotiate a retention. Neither the Website nor the Services are an invitation to form an attorney-client relationship for any additional services or related matters. Unless you and DeepFocus agree to form such an attorney-client relationship by entering into a separate written agreement, the limited scope attorney-client relationship between you and DeepFocus under the Agreement will end when DeepFocus performs the Services.
Conditions
The Agreement will not take effect, and DeepFocus will have no obligation to provide the Services, until you accept these terms and conditions by clicking the required checkbox to place your Order and pay the advance fee specified in your Order, and DeepFocus accepts your Order in writing. Before your Order may be accepted, DeepFocus must confirm that that no conflicts of interest would prevent DeepFocus from representing you for the purpose of providing the Services, and that such representation would comply with applicable attorney Rules of Professional Conduct prohibiting representation of clients outside a jurisdiction in which an attorney is licensed.
California or Oregon Residents Only
Residents of states other than California or Oregon are not eligible to order the Services, and DeepFocus will not accept such orders. If you place an order for the Services and are not a resident of California or Oregon, your Order will be cancelled, and any payments that you have made will be refunded.
Fee
You agree to pay DeepFocus in advance in the amount of the applicable flat fee as shown on the checkout page for your Order. This fee is fixed and constitutes complete payment for the performance of the Services. You acknowledge that this fee does not depend on the amount of work performed and will be deposited in a general business account, not held in a lawyer trust account.
No Guarantee
DeepFocus does not guarantee a particular outcome of the Services or any services or in any matter.
Severability
If any provision of the Agreement is held unenforceable in whole or in part, the rest of that provision and the other remaining terms will be severable and remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
The Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and DeepFocus with respect to the Services and contains all the terms relating to its subject matter.
